Placing an Order - You can place an order with Dragonfly Browbands in a number of ways.

Booking a customised browband consultation via the online booking system when this goes live.

Custom Orders - You can order a custom item on anything handmade by myself. Please make sure I have all details as best as you could give me to make sure I make the right item to your exact requirements. You can book a customised browband consultation via the booking form when this goes live and this is a 15minute consultation for you to get exactly what you want for a small fee of £1. I will then give you a code to use on checkout for £1 off your order.
Payment - We accept debit card payments and PayPal payments here on the website. Once funds are cleared the process to get your item/s to you will start. Cash payments are accepted at shows or market places and you will receive a receipt from myself.
Shipping - The shipping prices are automatically calculated once you have chosen your destination. We are located in the UK but we have items all over the world!
Postage & Packaging - All orders are sent securely packaged. Parcels are sent first class standard or for larger items they can be sent tracked via courier for an additional charge (please ask for tracking number as I send so many parcels its so hard to keep updating everyone with their number. But I will always give it to you.) If an item arrives broken or damaged, please send photographic evidence so I can claim the cost from the appropriate courier and refund it to you. You must allow 30 days before claiming for a lost item, I will then endeavour to replace it.
Returns - Returns are accepted by Dragonfly Browbands but the customer must pay the postage cost to send back to us and no postage costs will be refunded. All items will need to have appropriate tags and packaging and unopened. If the item/s are damaged or broken then I will need photographic evidence of the item and full refunds can be given if the customer does not require a replacement. You will have 14 days after completion of the sale to get in contact with Dragonfly Browbands about a problem with an item/s. If an item is made wrongly with colour and size then we will return postage costs to return back to us and replace!
Cancellations - We do a no quibble cancellation process. Once you have placed your order and paid. If you change your mind then as long as the item/s have not been sent for delivery we can issue full refunds. Even on the custom browbands.
Refunds - We issue refunds on items that are faulty/broken. We will require a photograph of the item and we will then decide whether we need it sent back to us or just thrown away. Replacements will be offered (if we have the item in stock or can order/make some more). If the item/s damaged or broken then full postage costs will also be refunded. You will have 14 days after completion of the sale to get in contact with Dragonfly Browbands about a problem with any items.
Complaints - If you feel like you have not received 10* customer service then please get in contact with Dragonfly Browbands and we can help to see what the problem is. We do not delete any reviews good or bad that have been posted anywhere. We aim to give the best customer service so we hope all reviews are top tier!
